Neko paw bread
Bánh mì vị bơ mặn
A little Japanese-style bakery in Hà Nội. Every shokupan, anpan and choux is shaped by hand — by a team where bakers with disabilities lead the kitchen.

We believe in the power of inclusive employment. Our kitchen is a space where abilities are celebrated and delicious bread is crafted with care and dedication.
A Hà Nội where inclusive workplaces are the warm, ordinary, everyday kind — like the smell of fresh bread on a quiet morning.
A small, rotating menu of Japanese-style breads, French pastries and home-style cookies. Everything is baked in small batches.

Neko Pan did not begin from a purely business plan, but was born from a mother's love and the deep empathy of an HR professional with nearly 20 years devoted to people. From a mother's little kitchen... The founder of Neko Pan is also the parent of a child with intellectual disabilities. More than anyone, she understands the worry about the future of special children: "When they grow up, will they be able to stand on their own two feet?" That question became the driving force for her to set aside her senior management roles and embark on an in-depth journey of learning to bake — so that she could shape, with her own hands, a sustainable model for people with disabilities.
Today, our team of dedicated bakers works together to craft every loaf and pastry by hand, proving that true quality comes from passion and a never-give-up spirit.
We'd love to welcome you to our little bakery in Hanoi.
