Red velvet
レッド・ヴェルヴェット・ケーキCrimson elegance, velvet indulgence.
A little Japanese-style bakery in Hà Nội. Every shokupan, anpan and choux is shaped by hand — by a team where bakers with disabilities lead the kitchen.

We believe in the power of inclusive employment. Our kitchen is a space where abilities are celebrated and delicious bread is crafted with care and dedication.
A Hà Nội where inclusive workplaces are the warm, ordinary, everyday kind — like the smell of fresh bread on a quiet morning.
A small, rotating menu of Japanese-style breads, French pastries and home-style cookies. Everything is baked in small batches.

Crimson elegance, velvet indulgence.

Neko Pan began in a tiny Hanoi kitchen in 2023, with one oven, a stack of recipes from Tokyo, and the belief that good bread can be a doorway — to a steady job, a community, a sense of pride.
Today our team includes bakers who are deaf, who use wheelchairs, who learn in their own beautiful ways. They knead, shape, score and glaze every loaf you take home.
Neko means cat. Pan means bread. Together: a little something soft, curious and warm — just for you.
We're tucked into a quiet lane in Hà Nội. The kettle is on.
